The app is provided under the Atlassian Marketplace standard end-user agreement (summary, full text), completed by the following provider-specific terms.

Provider-specific terms

1. Provider. Sasso di Matera Giuseppe S.a.s., Via Clefi 2, 20146 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT IT13043470965. Contact: sassimaterasas@gmail.com.
2. Data protection. The Provider’s Data Processing Addendum (https://gmatera.github.io/on-prem-git-svn-for-jira/dpa.html) and Privacy Policy (https://gmatera.github.io/on-prem-git-svn-for-jira/privacy-policy.html) apply to personal data processed by the App and form part of this agreement.
3. Support. Support is provided by e-mail at sassimaterasas@gmail.com, in English or Italian. The Provider aims to answer within one business day (Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 Central European Time).
4. Governing law and jurisdiction. This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Milan, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
